Day 97

Woke up feeling kind of awful. I wonder if I’m getting sick. I was craving phở so I went to Bagels and Noodles but it wasn’t that good this time around ://

I vaguely studied but mostly spent the afternoon dyeing my hair red again. I feel more like myself with this color; I know it’s dumb but I feel like my young high school self with my natural black.

Wen came over much later to help me with my powerpoint problem and it was kind of a fail but at least I have office 2013 now. We also talked while I gave him a haircut.

Day 96

Pretty chill day. I didn’t study at allll - my burst of motivation lasted only a week it seems.

Went to musicfest afterwards and the planners did a good job. The entertainers were really good this time around.

Kind of a bad night later on so I just wanted to sleep it off

Day 95

It was a pretty good day today!

I came home from class, and merped around before heading to the Reitz to meet up with everyone for dinner.

It was my first time at Satchel’s and it was super fun! The atmosphere was good, and I actually liked the long wait - it gave us a lot more time to talk and hang out. And the food @__@ Oh man, it was my first time eating a deep-dish pizza and it was soo worth it to try it there.

Brandon dropped Liz and I off at the Reitz and we walked around getting free ice cream and looking at all the carnival games.

Ian came by eventually too, and gave me a ride home. Altogether a pretty good day..

Day 94

After class, I went to volunteer. I think I must have been really tired because working with that girl was just exhausting. Definitely not as fun as it usually is.

I actually managed to do some yoga before going to PAM’s drag show event. Honestly, the drag show was not as entertaining as I thought it would be. One of the performers actually sang instead of lip-syncing though, and it was pretty impressive.

We decided to leave early and Peter and I had our Block Party meeting, with Liz sitting in to give input. I worry about the logistics of this event - what may seem entertaining to me might seem childish or just lame to someone else. (On second thought though, I went to Musicfest with low expectations, and I ended up having a great time, because the performances were so good)

We stopped by the study area, and I found Mario there, as I expected he would be. We went shopping for groceries at Sweetbay, naively hoping that we could find some good deals. Well, he seemed disappointed, but I bought a lot of stuff I actually needed.
